Refund policy

Refunds

Due to the custom nature of our products, full refunds are not offered.

• Once the design process has begun, refunds are limited.

• If, after the proof and revision process, a final design cannot be agreed upon, a refund of up to 50% of the order total may be issued at our discretion.

• The non-refundable portion covers design time, materials, and labor already invested.

Returns

• All custom items are final sale.

• Returns, exchanges, or refunds are not accepted on custom or personalized items.

• Please review all proofs carefully prior to approval.

Cancellations

• Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided the design process has not begun.

• After 24 hours, or once the design process has started, orders cannot be canceled.

• If cancellation is approved within the allowed window, refunds will be issued minus any work already completed.
